Cashplay

Your park keeps selling even when the internet goes down.

Every peso accounted for before the last operator leaves.

Problems you know by heart

The queue stops when the signal drops.

Every stopped minute is money not coming in and a visitor annoyed at the entrance.

The cash-up doesn't balance and nobody knows why until Monday.

Cash, cards, and wristbands are reported separately. Reconciling takes hours and sometimes the difference just gets absorbed.

The vendor says they sold more than you're paying them.

Without a per-transaction record, there's no way to counter the claim. Either you absorb the difference or you end the relationship.

How it works

  1. Top-up

The visitor loads credit at the ticket booth, by card or cash. The wristband stores the balance on the chip.

  2. Tap at the point of sale

The terminal reads the wristband and debits it. The decision happens on the device, not in the cloud.

  3. The terminal decides on its own

No network, no server, no wait. The terminal authorizes locally. The sale is queued.

  4. Reconciliation on reconnect

When the signal returns, transactions upload in order. The server validates them and closes the gap without manual intervention.

Offline, with precision.

Most platforms say 'works offline'. Few publish what that means. We do.

These are design targets, not production measurements. We're in pilot because we want to measure, not because we don't know what to aim for.

Every peso accounted for.

When the chip and the server disagree, something has to win. We wrote the rule.

  1. The server is the authority on balance.

The definitive balance always comes from the server, not the chip.

  2. The chip is the only witness to what happened offline.

Offline transactions are accepted exactly as they arrived from the terminal.

  3. Duplicates are discarded by transaction key, never by amount or time.

A sale that arrives twice is recorded once. Always.

  4. What doesn't balance becomes an exception with a name and amount, never a silent adjustment.

A human reviews every discrepancy. None are absorbed quietly.

A completed sale is never reversed in reconciliation: the visitor already drank their drink. The system's job is to explain it, not undo it.

The day-close pack includes:

Sales by point of sale · Payment method mix · Cash variance by operator · Position by vendor · Open deposits · Every exception with its amount and owner.

Everything in one report, before the last operator leaves.

What you promise the visitor.

No fees.

Not for loading, not for spending, not for recovering your balance. Our decision, written into the system.

Your unspent balance, in cash.

We return it at the park, at the ticket booth, with no fee and no extra queue. No app required, no account needed.

You can always pay in cash.

Everywhere in the park. The wristband is the primary method, not the only one.

Your CFDI 4.0 invoice, yourself.

From your phone, with your receipt number. No queue at administration.

No signal, no ticket-booth queue

For the fair: the wristband they already know.

At the Mexican travelling fair, the unlimited-access wristband is the product. Not an add-on — the product. In Cashplay it lives on the chip as an entitlement, not a balance.

Unlimited access or a package of X rides

Validated at every ride, no network, no ticket booth. The wristband says yes or no in under 300 ms (target).

Height and age control on the wristband

The operator sets the restrictions. The operator's handheld validates them on the spot, no paper and no personal judgment.

Inspection log on the same device

The ride safety inspection record goes on the same handheld the staff already carry. One device, two functions.

Coming next season

  • Top-up from home before arriving
  • Load via OXXO or SPEI

Your vendors, settled.

Your fair has twenty stands. Each with their own owner, products, and prices. With Cashplay, the commission is calculated per transaction, not at the end of the day.

Real-time position

Each vendor sees their day's sales from their phone.

Detailed statement

The settlement goes down to the product line. When a vendor disputes a number, you show them the record.

No disputes at close

Because there are no reconstructions. Every sale already has its commission calculated.

How we charge.

We charge per activation: the first top-up of each visitor. We do not take a percentage of what they spend inside.

The count comes from the same ledger as your daily close, and you can audit it line by line.

We don't publish a rate. It depends on park size and season; we work it out in the pilot conversation.

Built for Mexico.

CFDI 4.0 the visitor issues themselves

The invoice number is included in the receipt. The visitor visits the portal, enters their tax details, and downloads their invoice. No queue at administration.

Mexican Spanish on the terminal

Interface designed for staff that rotates every season. No confusing options, no jargon.

Zero fees to visitors — our decision

It is written into the system, not in a policy that can change. The operator collects; Cashplay never holds visitor balances.

Cash never stops working

Anywhere in the park. The ticket booth is always available, from the entrance to the last food stand.

For your type of operation.

Water parks and balnearios

  • Lockers with refundable deposit by tap
  • Tube and towel rental with open tab
  • Water-, chlorine-, and sun-resistant wristband
  • Capacity control by zone without paper

Note: no publicly documented cashless deployment at a Mexican balneario has been identified to date.

Theme parks and entertainment centres

  • Ride access by tap, no tokens or coins
  • Age and height restrictions enforced at the wristband
  • Zone access validated offline
  • Vendors with their own catalogue and prices

Travelling fairs

  • Unlimited-access wristband, validated at every ride without signal
  • Fast setup, staff trained in 30 minutes (target)
  • Full operation without fixed infrastructure or permanent connection
  • End-of-season close and settlement by vendor in one report

Where we are.

The platform is specified and under construction. It will be ready for field deployment in April 2027. We are looking for a small number of venues to run pilots in the summer 2027 season. We have not processed a real event.

What a pilot involves:

  • Hardware on loan during the pilot
  • Our team on site for installation and the first day of operation
  • Defined scope: one section of the park, or one day of the fair
  • What we need from you: site access, coordination with your team, and honest feedback

“An operator who finds out later feels deceived. One who reads it here and calls anyway is the pilot partner we're looking for.”

Schedule a pilot conversation.

No commitment. No 40-slide deck. A 30-minute conversation to see if it makes sense to continue.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you have any parks operating?
No. The platform is in development and we have not processed a real event. We say this here so that, if it changes how you evaluate the conversation, you know from the start.
What happens if the internet goes down all afternoon?
The terminals keep working. Sales are queued on the device and upload to the server when the signal returns. The design target is 72 hours of offline operation.
Can I keep accepting cash?
Yes, always, everywhere in the park. Wristbands are the primary channel, not the only one. The ticket booth is always available.
How do you return the balance a visitor didn't spend?
In cash, at the park, at the ticket booth, with no fee. The visitor approaches staff before leaving. We do not promise online or bank-transfer refunds — that comes in the next season.
What happens if a visitor loses their wristband?
Today, the visitor must go to customer service with their wristband in hand for any operation on that balance. Recovery of a genuinely lost wristband's balance comes in the next season. We do not promise it today.
Who holds the visitors' money?
The operator. Cashplay does not hold visitor funds or act as merchant of record. Top-ups go directly into the operator's cash flow.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish prices or rates. It depends on the size of the park, the season, and the scope of the pilot. We work that out in the conversation.
